Roof Replacement
When a roof can’t be saved, we replace it the right way, with a written scope, a clean job site, and no pressure.
We’ll always tell you first if your roof can be repaired or rejuvenated for less. When it’s truly worn out or badly storm damaged, a full replacement is the right call, and we make it straightforward.
Signs it may be time to replace
- Widespread cracked, curling, or brittle shingles
- Bald spots where most of the granules are gone
- Leaks in several places, or leaks that keep coming back
- Sagging areas or soft decking
- Storm damage across large parts of the roof
How a replacement works
- Roof and attic inspection We inspect the roof and the attic, confirm the roof truly needs replacing, and say so if it doesn’t.
- Written scope and price Materials, colors, ventilation, and the full price, in writing before you commit.
- Tear-off and decking check We remove the old roof and inspect the wood decking underneath, replacing damaged boards.
- New roof New underlayment, flashing, shingles, and proper attic ventilation.
- Cleanup and walkthrough We clean up debris, sweep for nails, and walk the finished roof with you.
Attic inspection included
Every replacement includes an attic inspection. We check the decking from below, look for moisture, mold, and past leaks, and measure intake and exhaust ventilation, so the new roof goes on a sound, well-ventilated attic.
Ventilation done right
A new roof is the best time to fix attic airflow. We check intake and exhaust and can add solar attic fans so the new roof lasts longer.

Common questions
Is an attic inspection included with a roof replacement?
Yes. Every replacement includes an attic inspection. We check the decking, look for moisture and past leaks, and measure ventilation so problems get fixed while the roof is open.
Will you try to sell me a new roof I don’t need?
No. If your roof can be repaired or rejuvenated for less, we’ll tell you that first.
How long does a roof replacement take?
Most homes take one to two days once materials arrive, depending on size, weather, and how much decking needs repair.
What about my landscaping and driveway?
We protect the area around the house during tear-off and sweep the yard and driveway for nails before we leave.
Can insurance pay for my new roof?
If the roof was damaged by a covered storm, it might. Start with a free storm damage inspection.
Is there a warranty on a new roof?
Yes. We go over the shingle manufacturer’s warranty and our workmanship terms with you in writing before you sign.
