Leak & shingle repair

Find the real source. Fix it cleanly. Keep the roof you have.

A ceiling stain rarely sits directly under the problem. Water can travel along decking and framing before it shows up inside, so we trace the source instead of patching the symptom. Then we make a targeted repair, whether that’s a failed seal, a lifted or missing shingle, or worn flashing, and tell you honestly how the rest of the roof looks.

How it works

  1. Tell us what you’re seeing A stain, a drip, a shingle in the yard. Any detail helps us know where to start.
  2. Trace the source We follow the water path on the roof and inspect the attic for wet decking, stains, and hidden damage.
  3. Make a targeted repair We explain the fix and agree on scope first, then repair it cleanly.
  4. Honest follow-up We let you know whether a tune-up or rejuvenation would help the rest of the roof, or whether nothing more is needed.

Questions

Common questions

Is an attic inspection included with a repair?

Yes. Every roof repair includes an attic inspection. Leaks often show up inside before they’re visible outside, so we check the decking, insulation, and ventilation for moisture and hidden damage.

Does a leak mean I need a new roof?

Often not. A leak frequently traces back to one failed detail, such as a pipe boot, flashing or a damaged shingle, that can be repaired. If a roof is truly past saving, we’ll tell you plainly.

Can you match my existing shingles?

We match color and style as closely as available. Existing shingles have weathered, so a repair may look slightly different up close.

What should I do if water is coming in right now?

Move valuables, catch drips in a container, and call us at (737) 637-6373. Please don’t climb onto the roof yourself.

Will you look at the rest of the roof?

Yes. While we’re up there, we’ll note anything worth watching and whether a tune-up or rejuvenation would help, with no pressure either way.
