Insurance Claim Help

Storm damage claims can be confusing. We document the damage, meet your adjuster on the roof, and do the work your claim approves.

If a storm damaged your roof, your homeowner’s policy may cover the repair or replacement. Our job is to make sure the damage is clearly documented and that you understand each step, so nothing gets missed.

How we help

  1. Free storm inspection We inspect the roof and tell you honestly whether the damage is worth a claim.
  2. Photo documentation You get a clear set of dated photos and notes to support your claim.
  3. You file the claim You contact your insurance company and open the claim. We’ll explain what to expect.
  4. We meet the adjuster We can be on the roof with your adjuster to point out the damage we documented.
  5. Repair or replace Once the claim is approved, we do the work to the approved scope and keep you updated.

What we won’t do

Texas law sets clear rules for roofing contractors, and we follow them:

  • We don’t negotiate your claim for you. Only you or a licensed public adjuster can do that.
  • We don’t waive, cover, or rebate your deductible. That’s illegal for contractors in Texas.
  • We don’t call ordinary wear storm damage.

Questions

Common questions

Should I call my insurance company or a roofer first?

Have the roof inspected first. Then you know whether there’s real damage before you open a claim.

Can you waive or pay my deductible?

No. Texas law doesn’t allow roofing contractors to waive, pay, or rebate an insurance deductible, and any roofer who offers to is breaking it.

Will you negotiate with my insurance company?

No. Texas law reserves that for you or a licensed public adjuster. We document the damage, meet the adjuster on site to point it out, and do the approved work.

What if my claim is denied?

We’ll go over the adjuster’s findings with you. If the roof still needs work, we’ll give you honest options to repair it.

Does filing a claim cost anything?

The inspection and documentation from us are free. Your deductible and any policy terms are between you and your insurer.
